What's the best way to find a language exchange partner?
Go online or advertise locally?
And, does anyone have any positive experiences finding good language partners?
Thanks. |

I've found the best lanuage exchange teachers are a)teachers themselves or b)language education students. That being said, I do believe you must be proactive in a language exchange. You prepare what you want to study. You gather the materials. You ask the questions. etc...Otherwise, your partner will just use you, intentionally or not, for English. |

You can find a few with Google.
Here's a good one.

But it really depends on which city you're in.
Another option is to post a notice at a local university. Find the bulletin board for the language department. You'll find quite a few language partners. |
