I am sorry if this question has been answered already. If it has please direct me to the correct page.
Have the rules and regulations changed for contract extension? I was just told I needed to have my background check and diploma to extent my contract. I am not resigning with my school. I am just extending my contract for a couple of months. Thanks for your help. |

Some do, some don't.
Check with immigration for your specific case.
IF you have been here and do need to resubmit them, immigration WILL extend your visa and give you time to obtain them.

I hope that is the case. My current school has been really great. They are extending my contract for two months to give me time to get my paperwork in Korea and find a new job.
My boss went to the immigration office today and she talked to three of them and they all said no and that I need my paperwork. She is going back tomorrow with my passport and ARC, ect. I hope things work out or i will be living in a week. |
