Hey if u arrive at incheon at 1am what are your options for trying to get to somewhere on the otherside of the city besides trying to haggle with cabs for unreasonable amounts? Anyone know decent shuttle services? .....flight lands 12:30am saturday morning |

If you mean going into Seoul from ICN, there are buses that run virtually 24/7 (with a reduced schedule (hourly instead of every 20 minutes) in the quiet hours).
Worst case - you will have to wait a couple of hours till the main routes start up again (save you 75k for 2 hours of wait time).

Tough time for a shuttle. Only private ones, perhaps for hotels, may still be operating at the time. Not sure.
If all else fails, think about buying a prepaid voucher at the international taxi booth in the arrivals terminal. You can get to most places in Seoul from 40,000-55,000. Great for peace of mind knowing the cabbie isn't going to take you for a ride. |
