Find a job without a recruiter but make sure you speak, speak, to someone who works there. If the school won't let you do that, then they are hiding something. I have had three jobs thus far. The first, through a recruiter, was *beep* to say the least. ECC. Need I say more. The next two I found off the internet and through friends and have both been really good jobs.
Steer clear of recruiters. |
What's wrong with ECC? |

Man. I was lied to by the recruiter. We worked six day weeks. Our manager and the manager above her were TERRIBLE. We were lied to all the time about what was going on. The Korean staff were told to have nothing to do with the foreigners.
Do you want me to continue.....? |

One time I put an ad up looking for a job on English Spectrum in which I specifically stated no Kindergarten.
This recruiter calls me and offers me this crap job at a Kindergarten.I hung up on him. Afterward he started stalking me on the internet. He found me on yahoo messenger based on my e-mail address. He pretended to be a hot girl and even put a pic of one on his profile. HE tried to arrange a meeting with me, lol. I almost fell for it until I noticed his profile quote "EFT Recruiter" and realized who it was. Not to mention the fact some hotgirl PMd me out of the blue was suspicious. |
