those places are good..and quite common. i doubt the one in nowon is special. but they're fairly expensive as they're already priced. i don't know why you'd just give them more money for the hell of it. this is korea.

Chamchi, as others have already stated. 3,000 EACH for a tip? That's ambitious. Is it raw tuna? How is it served?

it's raw. various cuts of tuna. lean, fatty, etc. they sometimes serve a bit of cooked tuna as well. and a few sidedishes.

it ain't bad. though sometimes the fish isn't completely thawed (at least the places i've been to).

no tip required.
