Okay, so, can anyone tell me what the writing says on this pair of socks? I don't know Korean at all.

Also... is this as disturbing an image as I think it is? Laughing

Has anyone else seen some really crazy designs on socks here? I've seen some pretty cute ones, but this pair in particular just stood out as bizarre to me.

it says something like "if you're laughing and then (suddenly) start crying..."

maybe someone else can put together a smoother translation. I think it's about laughing so hard you piss yourself.

Wow. That is freakin' hilarious. Laughing

Oh, Korea. Never stop making ridiculous socks.

Thanks for the translation!

I got a lovely pair of socks with Mario smoking a cigarette. It says in Korean something along the lines of "What are you looking at, $*@&%?"

Best socks ever are the Obama socks.

I need to find me some of those socks. Cool

From now on, I am going to check every little shop that sells socks and buy any pair that tickles my funny bone. They'll make great gifts for the folks back home!

Yes, they are fantastic gifts. People go crazy for them. My brother came to visit and bought a bunch, giving many to his gf. She was requesting more when he came back to visit. I guess everyone at her office asks to see what socks she's wearing that day.

Obama socks, for men's http://briandeutsch.blogspot.com/2009/03/being-woman-must-be-fun-sometimes.html

Couple tees are also an amusing gift idea because of their nonsense English and copyright infringement.

It comes from a saying '울다가 웃으면 똥구멍에 털난다' ('If you start laughing in the midst of crying, you'll grow hair around your bumhole.')

It's a phrase which Korean parents tease their innocent kids with. Sometimes 'hair' is replaced with 'a horn', bumhole with bum.

The expression has nothing to do with soiling your pants.
