I'm in Seoul. I'm leaving Korea in a few weeks. I've got two Russian kettlebells for sale: a 16 kg and a 20 kg. If you know anything about kettlebells, you know that RKC bells are the best. Not the prettiest, but the highest quality.

These two weights are perfect for a beginner male or someone who wants to add to their collection. I bought them for 220,000 Won and I'm selling them as a pair for less than half price. That's 100,000 Won for both. These things last forever so this is an incredible bargain. Kettlebells are an awesome way to lose weight and get fit. I've lost a lot of weight with these bad boys.

This price is a huge bargain and I'd rather give them away than settle for anything less. I'm near Jamsil Station.

Sorry, machoman. I haven't even had the bells for a year. The 20 kg is less than 6 months old. I'd rather give them to friends or to my local gym than go any lower. It's a really, really good deal. Nobody sells RKC kettlebells for this kind of price. It's a serious bargain. With two bells, you don't even need to join a gym. I was working out at my public school during my deskwarming time.

You've got time. I'm not leaving until February. Think about it and after payday let me know.

I had to research online to know what you all were talking about.

Looks pretty intense. Nice for working the core.

Here's a nice video for reference:

The guy in the video is pretty ripped. I've got a few more months before I look like that.

Not interested in buying them myself, but my old aikido instructor also taught a kettlebell class, and I saw the guys who took it. These things WORK! Shocked

It'd be tempting, if I were able to swing that much weight around without injuring myself. Rolling Eyes

Steve Maxwell is in his mid-fifties. Doing pretty well for his age. Kettlebell swings alone will do wonders for your posterior chain and cardio. I'd take mine back home with me, but it's just a big hassle.

They really do work. It's not a fad. Kettlebells have been around for centuries. There is a bit of a learning curve, but it's a dynamic form of resistance training--and more important, it's fun.

A great weight for women to start with is the 12 kg. The 16 kg is pushing it unless you are a lot stronger than the average.

Hi, I am very interested in your kettlebells. I would gladly pay 120,000 for them, in fact. I've been reading Tim Ferriss' new book, 4-Hour Body and my wife and I are eager to start using some real kettlebells with the workouts we're doing. (I'm using a really sketchy homemade contraption at the moment.)

When will you be leaving, exactly? I can come by at your leisure.

I'd really appreciate it if you would accept my offer, as it didn't seem that you had a solid deal with machoman there. If not, could you tell me where you bought yours? Naver isn't bringing up much.

Do you still have them?
Consider splitting them, 75K a piece?
I would take the 16kg.
