What is an average monthly wage in Won for an average ESL teacher in Seoul? |

Look at the Job Board. For every job that is in Seoul take the lowest amount and add to to each other then divide by how many jobs you found in Seoul.
A point or two. Some jobs in Seoul pay less then other places in Korea because people want Seoul. Second point some places get weird with Housing which can affect you pay. |

Public schools are all scaled based on qualifications and experience.
The rates and benefits are published and are public information.
Hagwans vary from 2.0 up to 2.6 depending on YOUR qualifications and experience. Benefits vary a bit (many don't pay pension or medical in spite of what the contract says) as does the quality of housing.
