The subject of this thread may be misleading.

I am genuinely quite happy, but I often think if I had never been born things would be so much easier.

I'd have a valid reason for being absent from everything. For example, in theory, nobody at work would ask, 'Why is fromtheuk not at this meeting?'

People wouldn't ask me to speak to them because I'd be non-existent.

I'd not meet rude, inconsiderate people at all! No more pain.

I wouldn't have to interact with people. I'd never upset anybody, it would be fantastic. I just wouldn't exist.

I'd not be responsible for anything at all.

Ever wish you'd never been born? Laughing

Moving overseas and hagwoning is about as close to reincarnating into foetus form imaginable: the lack of responsibilities is stunning.

"Life's a B, and then you die." right?

From what I've seen, dying is easy and living is hard, but it's always the hard things that are worth doing.

Judging from the OP's previous posts, I would say that he is starved for attention.

If that is true.. OUCH.. sorry to hear that...
how are things with your mum now?

Wish I was never born? NOWAY... sure we can go through life feeling sorry for ourselves. or seeing the corruption and wealth increase to a selected few, we can see how unfair the world was, is and hows it's becoming all in the name of greed. but most of us do have choices and chances.
if you are unhappy. change it.
or just cruise along. the game will be over one day. don't rush it.

Well, Even recently when I went through the crappest two days I've ever felt, where it became physically painful to think about it, I never considered such things. There's way too much. I plan on living forever. Or being able to live forever to witness everything. When I'm bored of change I'll just take a suicide pill.

Anyway, you don't even know for SURE if there would be no hassle for you, if you didn't exist. There is no possible way to know that. For all you know, lack of existence in this world is very much existence in another world in another universe. And you will still be very conscious of it.

Some people even ponder of the existence of people in further dimensions, 5th, 7th. Of course these are supposedly too small for us to see, and if they were big enough, they're in a dimension we aren't so we can't see. But perhaps if you don't exist, you may indeed exist in these dimensions instead.

Then what?? I think picking the third dimension in our Universe wasn't too bad of a choice.

It is mainly because she is German. No biggie, just the way things work in life. Accepting it and moving on were the two hardest things I ever had to do in life.

Your parents?

Sounds like someone didn't watch What a Wonderful Life this holiday. Wink

Sometimes I wish I was supremely rich to deal with some annoying problems, but other than that, nopes. Always kinda like hanging around on Earth.

If I had never been born, then I couldn't very well imagine if I'd never been born, because I wouldn't be around to imagine such a thing.
Furthermore, if I'd never been born then the 'I' in this sentence would not be in existence leaving a grammatical mess of a sentence.

Jane - Your avatar looks nice, if you're female, pretty and kind will you marry me please? Now that I'm here, I may as well try to seek happiness.

It'll 'never' happen. Laughing

Does anyone else sense a little hint of wishful thinking in the post above mine? Just a little...
