Every month my credit card automatically withdraws typically between 2M-3M from my bank account. This seems to be pretty excessive. My card has a 10M limit but i never rack up more than 50% balance on it. Is there a way to reduce the amount it withdraws or at least keep it to the minimum payment? |

Credit cards here are actually just charge cards. They will debit from your account the amount you spent during your billing cycle. The only way to "revolve" the principal is to set up "Hal-boo" payments (1, 3, 6, 10 months) no interest when you buy from a vendor.
Unless I'm wrong about the shinhan card... |

There's a Shinhan group on Facebook for foreigners run by the bank, it's called Shinhan Bank Seoul Global Center. They (Shinhan employees) answer questions really fast on there, I'd post your question there and I'm sure you'll get a useful response back from them within a day. |
