I agree with you 110%, and feel exactly the same way as you. Kudos to you for writing it how it is. I love the part about how women act like men, talk like men, and there's nothing feminine about them. I couldn't agree more.

That's not a counter-example, I was saying all my nights of getting girls in bed easily have all been with hotter girls. The ones that reject you are the one's that have nothing going on - looks and otherwise.

No we don't have anything in common that was the point of my story.
Also I'm tired of this stuff about how you are considered attractive here but not back home. I had plenty of quality bangs and girlfriends back home.
Sure I've been getting maybe 20% more action here. But the reason is due to population density, not for any other reason. Their are more girls in to meet here. Even the "big" cities back home are very loosely populated and people practically hibernate in the winter.

| Not married but in a stable relationship. I neither miss nor reject western women, that factor is irrelevant to me. I simply like "decent" women- the usual stuff, open/pleasant personality, doesn't screw around, has thoughts of her own, nice looking etc. I agree with the posters who say that quite a few western women now seem to have issues with attitude. On the other hand, I find some younger Korean women just as repulsive in terms of attitude, more of the princess attitude type, albeit they're better looking. My friend once related this maxim to me and it has always stood true- "Finding a girlfriend is easy, finding a truly good girlfriend is difficult." |

That seems simple enough but maybe my explanation was not detailed enough.
My wife was raised in a house where kids, until they reached school age, slept when ever they got tired and where parents followed along. For example, my oldest niece when she was a baby went to bed at all hours, her mother followed that. If she stayed up until 2 am, so be it and so on.
I was raised in a house where we had a set bed time (ie a schedule).
When we had our first child, we discussed it and we went with the set bedtime method. So, for example our son went to bed at 7:30pm each night and that got progressively later as he got older. We are doing the same with our daughter.
On another note, why do some people feel the need to demean one group to justify why they married someone from another group?
That is pretty shallow and stupid if you ask me. I married a Korean woman, this has NOTHING to do with Western women and I would not go and spue some crap about western women not being as good or attractive as Korean women...that is just stupid.

I'm not married yet but I'm with Chelovek 100%
Especially the last part.
I can find many Korean women under 30 that are just as snooty, princessy, repulsive and expect way more than they are ever going to get.
I also don't like how outside of Hongdae or Itaewon almost every Korean woman I say a word to thinks I'm some kind of pervert hitting on her when it is ALWAYS FAR FAR FAR from the truth. I'm sorry you're not Lee Hyo Ri. |

Ok, I understand what you mean. That's what I thought you meant when you mentioned it. I was just asking for clarification purposes. I agree with your other comment as well, I married my wife simply because I love her plain and simple. It doesn't matter to me which group she belongs to nor will I ever care. |

I think ugly girls sometimes get hit on more than hot girls do, because there are a lot of guys with low standards who think they should at LEAST be able to score with an ugly girl.
It's kind of like how if you have a PhD you won't be able to get a job working the drive-thru at McDonalds. They know you're not serious. |

Actually it is the above average girls that are the ones to go for and get hit on the least. The super hot ones get hit on a lot since men figure it's worth a shot and the ugly ones get hit on for the reason you gave. I'll try to post a link to an article I read earlier this week. |

I don't miss a thing about USA women since I've been married to my sweet Korean cutie.
She's not materialistic, she doesn't spend money like it's going out of style, she's not overly concerned about her big ass, or whether her boobs are big enough like all the other girls with silicone and a million other reasons...not the least of which is I love her.
But then if I felt strongly enough about a women to marry her, I probably wouldn't be thinking about other women anyway... |

Yes! I like your post. I definitely agree with the paranoia part, too.
This is a rather extreme case, but several months ago, I was going up an escalator, just daydreaming/minding my own business. This woman was coming down the escalator, when I happened to look in her direction. She hurried up and crossed her arms, covered her breasts, and made a whimpering sound. I don't know what her problem was. She wasn't attractive, young, or busty.
