Hello, did you find any information on the school? I am curious about it as well.

I don't know specifically about that branch of the school, but Kid's College has a pretty bad reputation. My first job over here was with one of their schools in Seoul and it was a nightmare. I'll leave it at that.

Thanks for the information. And I do know this about the chain... From a recruiter I've heard that this particular school is a good one and hires only actual teachers (rather than just random American folks who happen to speak English and don't hate kids...) Whether or not that's correct, or what that might suggest of the management in general, I don't know. So I was curious.

Be careful of that. When I started at my school I was told everyone was certified (12 teachers). It turned out that only five of them were.

I have also taught for Kid's College. Mine was in Gimhae and its was a nightmare. I stuck out the whole year but if I would have been smarter would have left after a few months. The entire franchise is a joke. A good friend of mine is the head teacher at the corporate office. All of the materials a photo copied out of other published books or written by ESL people. Seriously, their teaching program is crap. Even my hogwan director, who was a pretty reasonable guy, hated the chain and the material they forced him to pay for.

I taught at that school specifically, trust me, you DO NOT want to teach there.
The whole franchise is blacklisted - meaning the government is watching them for shady practices.
That school specifically is run by an awful director. She will make your life a living hell. Trust me, it was the worst year I've ever had to endure. I understand that things will be different in Korea, but she took it to another level, with secret meetings among staff and pitting them against each other.

Most teachers don't even stay for their whole contract, it is a complete disaster.
