More brilliance from the Red Letter Media guy. This time he picks apart a film he actually enjoyed. It's about an hour long, but if you've ever watched any of his other reviews (Phantom Menace/Attack of the Clones, Avatar) you'll know it's worth your time.

The two guys that make those videos are friends of mine. I have not been part of the Mr. Plinkett stuff because I live here in Korea, but you can see me in a few episodes of their web series, The Grabowskis. I forget my characters name, but I payed the next-door neighbor.
I'm really looking forward to their next feature film called, Feedin Frenzy. The little monsters they made are pretty cool looking. I should be getting a rough cut of it, at least thats what they told me! |

| Dude, that's awesome that you know these guys. Plinkett is a frickin' hero to movie buffs. The amount of thought, time, and effort that goes into the production of these is insane. They could probably hire themselves out as consultants to major movie studios based on their body of work. |

Yeah, they have gotten a lot of media coverage since the Episode One review exploded, but not super mainstream media attention. I told them they need to try to monetize this situation while they have the chance, but I'm not sure either of them knows exactly how to.
I will say that they are both super talented guys, who really know what they are doing behind the camera. I am always hoping that they will break big and give me a call to do some work with them! A lot of the older stuff they did can be found at www.blancscreencinema.com. Check it out if you grt the chance. That was the name of one of the production groups that eventually melded into Red Letter Media. There is some good stuff there worth checking out. Also, more stuff involving me, I think? |

For the review of the last of the Star Wars prequels go here: www.redlettermedia.com
I know I'm late coming to this because I only discovered Plinkett's latest review about a month ago ("everyone's seen this but you"), but this is so good it's worth a bump.
He explains in such a masterly and funny way exactly what's wrong with the prequels, you don't get bored even though his review is almost as long as the film itself. |

I'm a die-hard trekkie. A joke for the hell of it- "Why is Uhura black? ...because William Shat-on-her."
Also- "What do the starship Enterprise and a roll of toilet paper have in common? ...they both circle Uranus looking for Klingons."
I'll get my coat... |
