I just received a contract and have a final interview with the Kids I School in Sanbon tomorrow. I tried to search the forum but the function wouldn't work...so, does anyone have any information/experience with this school? Also, how is Sanbon? I was originally looking to be right in Seoul but this position was offered and it seems good with decent pay, nice housing, etc. I just don't want to be stuck away from all the action.

I really like living in Sanbon, and the apartments are pretty ubiquitously decent. There are some foreign food options (Outback, Indian, a couple Italian places), and it's under an hour to get to most of the places worth going to in Seoul (Line 4 is awesome). You also have little Asia on Line 4 in the opposite direction, only about twenty minutes away. There's enough action in Anyang to keep you busy during the week, and Seoul isn't far on weekends. A cab back to Sanbon from Itaewon or Hongdae is only about 25-30,000, which really isn't bad if you're splitting it.

If you want more information on the area, check out the thread about Anyang. Beomgae is two stops away or a 4,000 won taxi ride.

It's also nice to be near Geumjeong, as you can transfer to Line 1 there and get into a different part of Seoul really easily.
