I too always consider those who make me look foolish to be "a waste of time".

It's only January 18th, but I think we have found Dave's quote of the year.

One thing's for sure, about 90% of the moments that make me want to put my head through a wall involve the raising of our daughter. It's funny. While we were dating I always praised her as being very western and not too Korean... since we had a kid I notice a lot more Korean in her. Kinda sad.

Nah, I think you've supplied us with the winner, especially since what you went and dug up is from last year.

Asian girls do go nuts on raising their kids knowing their Asian culture, usually with little attention paid to the other half. I especially notice this in Asian girls brought up in the US/Canada. It's like they partially regret marrying a white guy and want to make up for it by raising their kids as Asian as possible.

Yeah, well, if you decide to marry an asian girl, don't be surprised or regret it if she begins to act asian at some point.

Sure thing, toadkiller. Especially since the original goose steppers were eagerly sought after and recruited by the CIA and US military. Who knows, you might even learn something. But I won't hold my breath.

I love the way you quote people. Very reliable and espcially strong at demonstrating the overall tone of what the person was going on about. Perhaps when you make it to university some day they'll help you out with that. You might not like the results, tho.

True enough, bad on me for missing the date of your original statement.

With some luck that's all they'll get. Oppressed peoples and those under a belligerent government have both the right and responsibility to change their government. I hope starvation motivates them to try some new leadership.
