OMG has anyone seen this?

http://www.hyundaicapital.com/ir/popup/printBigImg.jsp?seq=1667&lang=en

They are clearly depicting all foreigners as having big noses. Can you believe it? And can you read the caption at the bottom?

"Hey you, foreigner. You broke? You spend all money on beer last night? E.T. don't phone home. You go Hyundai Direct Loan. See horse? You run fast to Direct Loan like horse. You, horse- same. Both run fast, both biiiiiiiiiig noses."

And yes, that's sarcasm. But, I just couldn't resist Laughing After reading all the posts lately, I just saw this and almost burst out laughing on the subway.

And, before you flame me, I am sorry if I offended anyone with the "stereotypical" Korean banter. It was done in playful fun.

Uhm, I'm not sure that's a foreigner. It might be a Korean with a big schnozz.

If it IS a foreigner, then I'm interested because they are advertising loans and I'd sure like one for my used car because foreigners can't normally get those.....

Here's the page of all their print ads. There are a few foreigners in them.

Westerners do seem to have bigger, sharper noses than Koreans on average. Westerners drawn with big noses shouldn't be any more offensive than Koreans drawn with small eyes. I really don't understand why people are so up in arms about this kind of thing. Difference races have different prominent traits that lend themselves to caricaturing.

The fellow in the advertisement also didn't have an especially large nose.

Even so, it's not being advertised. He just happens to have a nose, and he happens to not be looking at the camera. That's all.
