I've been talking to someone at my school who I will be sending my documents to, and they told me I need a physical exam to send to the immigration office to get my VISA. I didn't have to do this last year before coming to my hagwon, but this is a public school. Is this a new policy or has it been in place for a while? I thought they did that exam once you came to Korea anyway.
If this is a policy, anyone know what type of report I should be getting from a doctor? Just a basic report of a physical exam? Can I get it from a walk-in clinic (as my primary care doctor has a long wait for physicals).
I've asked these questions to the person I've been working with at my school, but she doesn't speak great English, and I think she's going to get back to me once she has more information, but who knows. |
