A few weeks ago I started a thread on this forum because I had been been offered a job at a winter camp by Yonsei university and the visa fell through at the last minute because they couldn't provide the correct documents.

I was left to bear the visa costs and the cost of a non-refundable flight and was less than happy.

However, after a few amicable emails Yonsei accepted the blame and today they fully reimbursed me for the costs incurred.

And for that, I take my hat off to them.

I also now have a GEPIK position lined up to start in March.

So sometimes things can work for the best in Korea after all!! My faith in humanity has been restored!
