I was re-reading some old posts of mine in 1995 and I saw a number of posters who were quite strong on Daves then.

Its interesting to reread some of the posts and see who is still here and who has moved on.

A couple I would like to chat to again, (some of them have left us) others have changed countrys.

Its interesting to see what we wrote and how we thought back then.

Who else is here from 1995?

Well, the furthest I can go back to old posts here are 2003. Where are the 1995 posts? I'd love to hear about what Korea was like back in the 1990's. I'm guessing it was a lot like the wild west.

I would say it was a lot harder and a lot more interesting a place to live in for foreigners (my perspective of it anyway)!

Those older posts are interesting indeed!

I wasn't here in 95, but I was in 96...and lost my old handle and old posts in the change...wasn't able to re-register my handle until 2003...and here I be, still....

I first came on this board in February 1997. I arrived in Korea in April of that year. I�ve had a couple usernames over the years, but didn�t really spend much time on the board until a bit over 10 years ago. The place has changed a lot over the years in many interesting ways. I will be celebrating 14 years in Korea this coming April 6th. People ask me how I�ve been able to be here for so long. I simply say: I take living here one day at a time~ like a 12 step program.
