Help!
I am trying to sell my car now, but I am not sure how to change the vehicle registration to the buyer. I have heard that the buyer must come to your cities office and change it there. Does anyone know anything else about it? Is it possible to change it in the city where the person who is buying the car is living? |

As far as I know it has to be registered in the buyers car registration office. Be careful, I ended up with a car I can't register. |

| The buyer has to go to their local gu office to register the car and pay a acquisition and registration fee. Last year I registered my car which is a 2007 GM Daewoo Rizzo and it cost about between 400-500,000. The taxes cost me about 285,000 per year. |
