Hi everyone
So i've gotten permission to work a second job and gotten the go ahead from my new employer. But when I checked with immigration, they said the 2nd employment can't be at a company. So my 2nd job was with a large adult hakwon chain but my class would be at a company.
Anways, doesn't make bloody sense to me. so, does anyone know of where the exact rules for a second job are listed???

Apparently, they've changed them just recently.

Easier to get a 2nd place but the caveats are:

-The employer must still legally be able to hire you (and it must fall within the permitted activities of your status of sojourn).
-The 2nd job cannot be longer than or pay more than your primary (sponsorship) job.

.
