oh, ive already got an offer of W650,000. for the air con...by the way, it's actually 2 (two) air cons. 1 (one) tower and 1 (one) smaller on the wall that came with the tower. it was a sales event. the tower and the bedroom A/Cs match in company, color and design and are connected to the same balcony generator...so cool.
dude, stop dreaming. if you got serious coin and want a great double, practically new A/C system, step up. ur last offer was insulting and just wasted my time. HEY, hold ur horses! are you my ex-wife?  |

Congrats on your other offer. I hope you will be sure to at least tell the buyer where you are located.
By the way, I have plenty of "serious coin," but that's not the issue. I just want to make sure that I get something that is worth its price. I really have no desire to make a random offer on some item that I don't know anything about, as I believe I mentioned in an earlier post.
Perhaps if you had said ANYWHERE (or even shown in the pictures) that the AC has 2 units plus the outside fan, I might have offered you more money. It can be hard to judge what appliances are worth when you don't have any information to go on.
Anyway, good luck on your OUTRAGEOUS sale. Since you haven't even tried to respond to any of my questions, concerns, or requests for information, this will be my last thread bump. |
