Banks closed, can't hand in or transfer money.

Can't top up my phone which has 2000 won left, until Saturday, meaning I will officially be able to plan nothing over this holiday.

What is this, Spain?

Oh, and foot-in-face disease cancelling everything interesting. yay!

hmm... not exactly. I went to the bank questionably, expecting it to be closed.

But then I realise even ENGLAND doesn't close a bank for 5 days straight, and and you will *never* have problems topping up your phone no matter what day of the year.

Plus, foot and mouth never stopped anyone either.

So for the country with the most man hours by far in the world, It's pretty surprising, yeah.

Are you certain you're out of options to top up your mobile?

Which carrier is it?

Well, I tried several places in the anyang area to get the typical cross-hands thing and '5' 'saturday' etc. So unless Seoul is different. I don't really want to travel to seoul to charge up my phone though. If there was a festival that wasn't diseased I could go to on the same day I may be more inclined.

I'm heading to Itaewon on Friday to get something tailored and pick up some bread, so I'll check and let you know if it's possible.
