As a counselor, I would suggest if your personal life (issues) are not affecting your professional life, then it's none of their business what you chose to do in your privte time.
I take confidentiality very seriously. One client asked me to release some notes to her lawyer in the USA for a court case. I agreed only after she signed the paperwork releasing me.
In conclusion, it's none of their business. It's confidential information. |
