Yup.
They look the best and fit really well. I see so many foreigners with their jeans dragging on the bottoms of their shoes. I laugh and pity them at the same time. Take some pride in your appearance! Not to mention, pants that 'fit' aren't all skinny jeans.
All my jeans are skinny jeans, I'm not MC Hammer. |

Seriously, maybe if it was 2001. Skinny jeans are as generic now as flares. When you see soccer moms wearing skinny jeans, the mass consumer has taken over. I remember the same thing happened with studded belts a few years ago. People used to laugh at my seventies leather jackets and studded belts, suddenly they're selling them at the Gap. |

I agree with the guy who recommended the S001's from uniqlo, ive worn pairs of those for two years now and i just wont go back to non skinny. Before this i war straight fit jeans but now i think they look ridiculous.
I do have a lovely pair of legs though. |

I was big into punk rock during university and was into studded belts just before they became a 'fad.' It was a little before punk music and skateboarding had anything to do with each other. Then a year later, about every 12-15 year old girl in the entire city had one, which was when I officially resigned from any kind of fashion. I feel your pain.
As for skinny jeans, I just don't see how they could possibly be comfortable for men. I hate the feeling of tight underwear digging into my junk or pushing my balls up against the inside of my thighs during summer, so I wear boxers and slim jeans/pants. Skinny jeans are like condoms for your legs. I can't imagine any man with *beep* possibly being comfortable in them.
As the previous poster said, slim jeans are very different than skinny jeans. I wear slim jeans. Most guys look good in slim jeans. Skinny jeans are usually skin tight and you have to have less than a 28" waist to fit in them without looking gross. It also helps to be a Eunuch.

try the Slim Fit jeans from Uniqlo (I believe they are the S001 style).
I've got big thighs too and the jeans fit me great. I think there's a bit of elastane woven in so it's a tiny bit stretchy. They've got some good washes and the quality to price ratio is great. |
Thanks for the recommendation. Any idea where to buy them outside of Asia? I tried looking on their website, but to no avail. |

I do not know where you are. If you're in the states, they have the one flagship store on broadway in New York.
Any where else in the world....http://www.uniqlo.com/us/store/ |

No, I'm a full supporter of man bags. For ladies some backpacks can look stylish. But the nylon backpack on some teacher with jeans and a t-shirt? Come on people, high school was 5-10 years ago.
I always wear a collared shirt, tucked in and I never wear sneakers, except for sports. It took me 26 years to "get it" from my parents regarding clothes, but now I do.
And I support uniforms in school.
I have to say though, my favorite look is people from the 20s, dressed in suits, and waving a bunch of betting slips at the track. If you're going to act shady, dress classy. |

| It all depends. If it's too "skinny" or too "baggy" then it gets criticized. Like many things in life, extremes on either end of a spectrum are bad. |
