(To start off with, the search function keeps taking me to a blank page for those who mention the search function!)
In a nutshell, I was planning on leaving Korea. I spent the last month out of Korea doing the Cert TESOL. It turned out I had an inner ear infection and put off doing something about it until the 3rd week. I woke up one morning and could hardly stand up and went to the hospital. Turns out the infection was getting worse and I could have lost my hearing. But I missed more classes than I was allowed and had to come straight back to Korea to desk warm. As a result, I was not able to finish. I did NOT flunk out.
Anyway, my school just asked me to re-sign for another year (I had not previously signed a contract) and did up the contract today. I have an apostilled diploma, but no criminal record check. Not having a plan B, I decided to renew and go from there. Can someone please give me some advice on the Fibbie check? If I do an emergency one with proof I sent it, will it be enough?
My co-teacher does not understand the procedure and is leaving most of it to me. So without the usual smartass comments and preachy attitudes you get here, some advice PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! |
