In 2005, there was a pretty korean woman, about 35, who hung around Burger King on Itaewan. She would talk (more like scream) to herself in korean. People would just ignore her and stay away.
One time i was there, I was picked up by a girl. We chatted it up and she came to the hotel that I stayed at close to McDonalds...the crazy woman followed us, right to my door. Didn't know what she wanted.
Next day I had the munchies for Burger King and there she was upstairs same place by the window, staring at me, looking demure, all painted up and looking about 8/10.
Ethical question. Would you 'take advantage' of a mentally ill woman? Even when she wanted to have sex with you?
I was sorely tempted, she was good looking and a tight body, but I walked out. Yes she followed, and no I didn't let her in. |

Yes, but I'd make damn sure wasn't able to find me later. |

I think that depends on how the moment with her was...
If good, she may be running to hide from you, perhaps? |

I was waiting for some friends outside of Itaewon Station by the police station drinking some beer with my friend one day around Christmas. This lady who was mental ill came and started talking to us. She looked about 40 and like she used to be pretty until she got fat and lost a few teeth. She wanted to pork and was pretty open about saying so. I reckon that she was a prostitute.
We tried to teach her a couple of yoyo tricks and shared our booze with her while singing songs about yoyos. Then our friends came, so we ditched her because we were going to places that cost money. Anyway, I wouldn't stick it in a retard like this woman because I'd be worried about catching Downs Syndrome or mongoloidism. However, if it's just somebody who's crazy, then based on past experiences, I'll have to assume that I would. |

It is a known fact that porking a lady doesn't give one Down's Syndrome. Truth is, it is caused by excessive yo-yo tricks and widely believed to have a direct correlation to the asinine practice of imbibing yeasty, fermented drinks while singing ditties about yo-yos. |

There's a fella (I'm pretty sure a fella, though I'm not positive) in Ilsan. He usually is in the Lake Park/Jeongbalsan area, though I have seen him on the subway from Seoul going to Ilsan.
He wears tube tops (sometimes the ones only wide enough to cover the 'rack'), booty shorts and significant makeup like blush and lipstick. Though, he has very short hair, like a buzzcut. I once saw him with a woman who looked like a friend (can't remember much about her). He's probably in his 40s and seems very comfortable. |

In fact, there is an epsidode of Emergency! about this, in which it is considered rape by America; therefore, I consider it to be a precedent set by the common law. It happened on a school bus to a beautiful, innocent retarded child on television. People with disabilities are much more likely to be sexually abused because they cannot tell anybody about the incident. Despite me generally writing bullshit, this is true, which you will only know if you look it up on Wikipedia, but you probably won't. I like good natured retards though, because they make me feel handsome and intelligent.
Anyway, Anyang also has a local dancing retard type fellow who has a boombox and breakdances to music on it mostly outside of Anyang Station. I haven't seen him since the spring of 2009, but when I did, it was quite spectacular. He had blonde hair, and people were genuinely impressed by his magnificent skills. Certainly, I was, but the crowd spoke for itself in a round of applause. Forsooth, there were women throwing babies at this spectacular man and leaving their husbands for him in droves. There is no man like him nor there ever will be, I say. |

Exactly that was going through my head, and a foreigner raping a mentally challenged woman in Korea too. All she had to do was throw an episode of screaming (to herself or me) and the MOTEL manager-san would come running with 4 baton weilding young cops.
As yummy and as willing as she was, I didn't want to morally take advantage - she seemed so damned innocent. She saw two people enjoying each other and she wanted to experience that, but when the Little MR. comes out, would she stay the course...or scream blue murder ? |

| There is a girl (early twenties) at Sadang Station who is crying. I have seen her at least 20 times, always at the same spot, always in the same position. She is leaning on the wall, her shoulder and forehead touches the wall. She looks so sad, crying and just staring at the wall or I don't know exaclty where. Sometimes I see people around her, trying to comfort or just find out what happened to her. Maybe she wants to get that kind of attention. |

During Chuseok, my wife her mother and sister, our kids and I were riding line 1 from Suwon to Seoul, and outta the blue this guy came rushing through the doors connecting the cars screaming HEY! HEY! HEY! He wasn't wearing shoes and had the biggest grin on his face.
I immediately sent a text to my sister-in-law asking if it was her boyfriend. |

That's quite ironic. I have a friend who has a brother with, let's say, 'special needs'. He worked at Sarcan and Abilities council and all that stuff. Those 'special needs' people fook like mink.

Yeah, I was pretty drunk when I wrote that and definitely over-generalized. I don't see why a retard couldn't talk about pork-slamming, but if it were Hellen Keller or her ilk, then what I wrote seems more relevant. |
