Please, can anybody tell me the Korean Airport Limousines (Buses to the Incheon airport) operation hours? What are their running hours? Is a 24hr/day sevice?  |

Depends on where from/to. There are lots of options in Seoul. There are fewer options for places down south or out east. There are some late night routes (effectively giving close to 24/7 service).

http://www.airport.kr/airport/traffic/bus/busList.iia?flag=E for bus information. click the link on the left for bus routes (and regular schedule times) or the link for late night service if that is what you need.
There are MORE options than just the KAL bus service (linked in the post above this one).

So rent one.
The concierge at your favorite 5* hotel should be able to quickly arrange it for you but it will cost more than 12k won for the trip out to the airport.
