I wish this were a "what are you eating thread?" I coerced my husband into going to Tom & Tom's around 1am where we had some coffee and split a ham and cheese pretzel. It was delicious but I still have some serious munchies.
I need to get back on my diet tomorrow or Sunday, but in the mean I must have to have loads of carbs and maybe some cheese. |
You're married. You're husband is stuck. Eat all the pretzels you want. Carb it up! |

I was sticking to my savings plan pretty darn well and was having 3 cans of lovely Hoegaarden every night with a movie after work.
I just blew 1.5mil this weekend at the casino, so for the next 7 months, as well as concessions in other areas of my budget I am also going to have to relegate myself to a bottle of soju and a can of coke at around the same eqvt of alcohol of the 3 cans of hoegaarden ( 3 x 350ml at 5% vs 330 ml x 20%) at a third of the cost, saving me around 100k a month for the next 7 months, recouping half of my losses.

I quite like the Raspberry wine, 복분자. Some of them has too overwhelming alcohol taste (which makes it closer to soju than wine) but some of them has more raspberry taste than alcohol taste and can be very enjoyable.
Anyone have a 복분자 brand they would recommend? |

A bottle of Singha water... I'm boring.
Never been a solo drinker... always save it for nights out with my friends... makes me appreciate it a bit more When I do go out usually Leo, Singha, or Tiger.
After reading this thread I feel like my situation is pretty abnormal. Is it rare for people to hardly every drink alone? |

For expats, I suppose. You're normal around the rest of the world though.
I've been severely cutting back on my at home drinking. I've done it for over half my 20s and it has lost its allure. |
