| I'm almost absolutely sure that they have exchange windows, which allow you to withdraw as if it were an ATM (and you can withdraw directly into whatever money you need). |

There are also ATMs from ALL the main banks located in the departures hall along the back of many of the check-in counters and/or close to the money changers in the unsecure area.
There are NO ATMs after you clear security and go through passport control.

| Yes, I remember there being a KEB bank in the departure hall across from the Starbucks in the lower/basement level. It was open at 8am on a Sunday morning too. |
