Hey guys, I'm currently 5'7'', 215 pounds. I'm stacking 2 pro-hormones with a 3-a-day vitamin supplement, about 35 ounces of pure whey a day. Wondering where I can get something to make me grow bigger here in Korea. And good body building stores in Seoul. I know a lot of the people on here are wimpy dorks, but maybe someone as pumped as me can help out. Signed, Big in Beomgye. |

Where's that bro? Also, I've been looking for pure Cambodian crying tree extract, any bros know where to get some. I've been sticking pretty religiously to my gym times and I feel that will put me over the edge. Anyone want any pics of me feel free to private message me. I'm probably at my most pumped right now, but always can be more pumped. Signed, Big in Beomgye |

Sounds like you're working hard on your myofibrillar hypertrophy. Don't disregard the sarcoplasmic variation. No need to get so pumped! |

Thanks bro, always good to get pro-feedback from the peeps. If you guys want the deets on my workout I can PM you. Not too sure about the science words above but I guess it's all good. Any of the nerds on here know of any workout clubs near Seoul. I'm trying to get in touch with other bros who enjoy being pumped, looking cut and being fit. I'm currently in my cutting phase right now, trying to go only 1450 calories a day, so I'm super tired, and advise from you science geeks out there? Signed, Big in Beomgye |

Monday: bicepts/chest/abs
Tuesday: bicepts/chest/abs
Wednesday: bicepts/chest/abs
Thursday: bicepts/chest/abs
Friday: bicepts/chest/abs
Saturday: bicepts/chest/abs
Sunday: recovery
So as you probably already notices, i do bicepts/chest/abs every day. This is because I'm a freaking G and I can handle full body 6 times a week. Best piece of advice: don't waste time on legs. no-one sees em.
For bicepts, i do:
Cable one arms curls (these really tonez me) 5x50
Cable curls 5x30
Cable hammer curls 5x30
Machine curls 4x20
Other machine curls (go heavy on these because toning isnt easy) 4x30
Squat rack DB curls 4x50
For chest, i do:
Cable flies 7x40
Cable incline flies 7x50
Cable decline flies 5x20
Machine benchpress 5x100
Machine decline benchpress 5x137 (these are so you can get dat dere pec overlap so gurlz will like you)
For abz, i do:
Ab crunches 5x100 (warmup)
Ab curls 4x20
Leg raises 4x20
Ab presses 4x20
Plank 4x20:00
Ab extensions 4x50 (this really tonez your abz)
And for a nice burnout i do ab rows 5x200 supersetted with barbell upside down overhead cable ab situps 5x50
Good luck, bro. |

I do 50 pushups each morning and evening with a four year old child sitting on my back. Then some stretches and lunges. What's a pro-hormone? Sorry Pete, I don't know much about this stuff.

It's easy to spot chicken legs, especially when the upper body is big. |

Ummm, it was a joke.
I hate big guys who don't bother with their legs. |

at 5-7 and 215 he doesn't have this problem.
he already probably looks like a fire hydrant. Alas his biggest problem is the one that is unsolvable. Another 3-4 inches. |

I just carry around a massive lever. That way I don't need to work out. I can lift the world with ease. |

You will remain 5'7. But get that weight down for your health. At your height, 200+ lbs isn't good for your heart. Take up martial arts: it'll provide cardio and burn the excess weight. |
