I had my wallet stolen overseas yesterday with my ARC in it, I'm returning to Korea on Feb 20th with a valid reentry permit, however I need to renew my current visa before it expires on Feb 28th.

What's the procedure for entering Korea with a re-entry permit but without an ARC ?? Are there going to be any issues with the time needed to renew my visa?

Help appreciated

Don't worry. Same thing happened to me. Once you get back to Incheon step off the plane, wave your arms around and tell everyone that you see that you lost it. They take you to a little room, inspect your passport and let you go on your merry way.
