They keep hanging up on me. Are they simply inundated with phone calls or have they changed their number?

Was busy yesterday when I tried calling. Probably being inundated with the same questions.

You'd think Immi would be bright enough to release step by step, clear instructions for teachers from each of the 6 countries. Instead we have widespread confusion.

I got through yesterday, right after lunch.

My biggest problem with them is that you can get information from them, but it could be completely irrelevant when you get to the immigration office, if they decide to change the requirements. Sad

Heading to immi today to get my visa transferred, and am actually stressed out that I'll need more documents than I was told I need.

So... everything's good to go! No need to submit an apostilled degree or a new background check for the transfer! Smile

Did they say if they are still waiving these requirements for the rest of 2011?

They didn't say. She told something to my boss about the FBI check and my degree I think, but the information was not passed on to me. Confused
