Annyonghi kasayo is when you are saying Good-bye to a person who is leaving (but you are staying).

Annyonghi kyesayo is when you are saying Good-bye to a person who is staying (but you are leaving).

If you mean you are "leaving Seoul sale" it should be the Annyonghi kyesayo Seoul Sale!

What is Annyeonghekaseyo Seoul Sale?
