yeah, but specifically stop eating/minimize eating certain things.
carbs for e.g.
can be very difficult for those of us who love bread, pasta, etc
(or Koreans who love their rice thrice a day) |

| BMI is absolutely worthless. There are too many variables to consider for something as simple and meaningless as the BMI scale. Are you going to the gym and lifting weights or are you sticking to P90x exercises? Resistance training and/or calisthenics (which is pretty much what P90x and all the programs are about) don't necessarily give better results as opposed to those who go to the gym and lift weights consistently. There is no alternative for lifting weights in order to gain pure muscle mass. P90x and a variety of calisthenic exercises will give you the lean, cut look but it won't make you gain as much pure muscle mass as doing bench, squats, etc.. |

The meme goes that they are bad and immoral, but this is way out there. A completely new meme. |

| If you wanna proper measure ask your gym if a personal trainer can get out their fat calipers and check you body fat percentage. You will likely find this has reduced even though you are the same weight. |

Puffy nipples and gynecomastia are not necessarily the same thing. Most cases of 'puffy nipples' I've seen on guys over the years were simply due to being chubby. Gynecomastia is a whole 'nother ballgame... and anyone with any experience with it knows that. |

fair enough. I suppose it depends on how one defines "puffy" and how puffy you are outside of your nipples

'Gyno' usually stays with the male even if they lose weight/fat. They can diet down, but there will be a firm, clear remainder of fat in the localized area. It doesn't feel nor look like 'puffy nipples' for people who know what they are looking for.
You can see it at many mid-level BB shows. The Pros and higher levels all get it cut out quick. |

First, forget the BMI; it has no value if you are weight training.
Second, as others have posted, the kitchen is where weight loss occurs.
I have taught some fun lesons to MS/HS students about the weight loss routines of some famous actors; for example, some brush their teeth 20 times a day or drink lots of water.
A constant for those who want to loose weight is to eat certain foods at certain times. Specifically, don't eat carbs after lunch and eat as many vegetables as possible. |

I would say that for me there's 3 major places where weight loss is key
Kitchen
Clock
Treadmill
Balance well, and youll see results. |
