One of my old college buddies wants to teach in Korea, but a recruiter told him that one cannot work in Korea with a DUI on record and that he must remove his DUI from his record in order to work here.
So I'm curious about what immigration is officially looking for when the examine one's FBI check. If someone could point me to an official website that has this information, that would be great. |

I've read online that some recruiters have successfully placed folks with a DUI on record. It may be case-by-case. I'll call immigration and ask directly. |

I know people who have DUIs and are teaching here. Try ASK Now. |
