Hey there. I am planning to go to Hong kong on a visa run from Korea. Does anyone know how many days it take to process the Visa? I heard one night but I need to know for sure. Thanks. Plus any tips on hong Kong would be great. |

I had my visa in Hong Kong processed about a year ago. They are super fast. If you get there early in the morning and are nice, they will process it by the afternoon. Else you can get it the next day. The security guard is the nicest man in all of Hong Kong. |

Sorry I missed your last question. For advice, when you get to the airport go to the hotel desk and and ask if they have any deals. Sometimes they have last minute hotels for supercheap. Which means you don't have to sleep in a gross hostel in mirador mansion. |

if you look on elong.com they have some decent prices for hk hotels. I like staying at the ramada for 450hk dollars when i have to do a visa run. |

Mingle by the Park has clean rooms that on sale (which they often/usually are) go down to 350-450. Clean, central, and relatively cheap (it's not hostel cheap, but for a night will do): http://www.mingleplace.com/hotels/park/ |
