on your heat, it looks good now but will heat up faster if you set the button on the top left to 중 or 고. The first one is low, second is medium, third is high.

on your fridge set it to 강 the second written thing on the left in the dial. But that's going to freeze your veggies (once it gets up to speed), so set it down below 중 (the writing around 7:30 on the dial) once everything cools down. If that doesn't work, somethings wrong or there is another button set wrong somewhere else.

To explain a little more about the thermostat:

The top left button controls your hot water with settings of low, medium and high.

The top right button is an on/off switch

The bottom left button has four settings (clockwise from top left): Hot water only (온수 전용), Inside (실내), Timer (예약) and Underfloor heating (온돌).

The bottom right button allows you to control the temperature for the heating with the little led at the bottom being a setting for when you are out of the house, presumably just to stop things from freezing over.

Leave the heat off, unplug the fridge & open its door.

Hey presto now saving cash & chilling your veg!
