I have a traffic violation from 3 years ago with the charge "Obedience to Traffic Control Devices". I will be applying for my FBI Background check soon and am curious if this will show up. If so, do you think this will provide difficulty with trying to obtain a job, or is this charge generally overlooked if it even comes up on the background check? If you have any experience, insight, or advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Iza

it wont, for a while i had a traffic record that would have put Elwood Blues to shame and none of it showed up on an fbi, or a state criminal check in fact a few years ago i checked my driving record in texas and none of it was there as it occurred in the early/mid 90s

I was issued a ticket but I had a summary trial at the magisterial court. Paid the fine and the points were not applied to my license.

Thank you.

No one really know. Call the FBI or just mail it in and cross your fingers. If it shows it shows, face reality. Then mail it to Korean Immigration and see what happens, you never know until you try it.

If it shows up, you're screwed. Obeying a traffic signal is severely frowned upon here.

FYI: States have lots of money, generally make ALOT of beaurcratic mistakes',and Non- Supreme Court Judges' usually don't know the constitutional law violations' from the back of thier own hands'.

If it shows up; you can sue your individual state ( saying this falsified court record "damaged" your chances for obtaining/keeping employment)..You could also sue for discrimatory paratices under Equal employment opportunity.. and become a rich happy man.

I can link enity forms here. Just let me know.

... true. Didn't know it was legally required to ignore them in the US though.
