| So my buddy is keen to buy a Kinect for his U.S. xbox 360 console. He has no doubt the hardware will work, yet will the games that he buys work here? So far play-asia has said they are ALL region locked, even the bundled kinect adventures game that comes with the unit. I just wondered if anyone who had a u.s. console had gone ahead and bought the kinect here and if so have any of the games worked or not? Sometimes play-asia is wrong. My buddy has bought it but isn't going to open it until he hears for sure. Thanks in advance........................ |

| Well my friend's wife read the box and it sounds like it's a no go. So he's going to return it. Oh well... |

| Kinect Adventures is not region locked. Neither is Dance Central. Your Shape is. I got these 3 games with my Kinect in Korea for my US Xbox. I don't know about any other games though. |

| Ok thanks for the info. I've passed it on to him. Not sure if he's already returned it or not. I do know he wanted some game called Dr. (something) which is a brain/puzzle game. |
