Hi,...
March is the final month on my contract but my boss wants me to finish today. He's made an offer but I said that I won't accept any offer unless it's all done in writing. He said that I could write it out myself and he could sign it on Wednesday.
How do I amend a contract and make it legally valid? How do I write it? Can I go somewhere where they can write it for me?
I don't want to suffer the consequences for doing it wrong. |

it would be much easier for both of you to just start with a new contract. |

I too would like to know this. In the States you could literally do it on a napkin and staple it to the contract. But then again this is Korea we're talking.... |

Be careful! You might sign away your severance, etc. |
