I think it may be quick if the director responds positively to a stern warning from labour board. On the other hand it could get dragged out if he declines to attend hearings.
Whatever happens, you are trying your best and that is all you can do.
Easy to say, but try not to let it get to you too much, think of all those before you with similar experience. |

try to get a hold of a lawyer as well - there's one in gangnam that deals specifically with hagwon
hagwon owners trying to screw their employees from their severance pay is old news, almost expected - this goes to the English and Korean teachers
is 7s English in Bundang? they've been getting bad reviews lately from former employees - trying to screw teachers from their severance, late pay (while the boss is out drinking and hitting the room salon almost every night) |
