What is Fermentation Celebration? We will have around 12-15 "vendors" who will be giving out delicious samples of fermented edibles. For 8,000 Won (all of which goes to the vendors and future events by the way...no one's making money on this) you'll be able to try home made beers, cheeses, pickles, kefir, yogurt, kombucha, and more!

Vendors will also have contact info: don't know how to make Kefir or flavored Kombucha? Have someone else make it for you!

All of this will be at Craftworks on March 12th, 1-5pm.

Also, because we work very closely with Park Chul (the brewmeister for Craftworks) we are working on a deal with people attending the Beer Cruise that day.

How would you like to come to Fermentation Celebration (1-5) and then rock the night away on the beer cruise (6-9)? Should make for an amazing day.
