Im thinking about buying a korean phone off craigslist/ebay to use in korea cause I really hate phone contracts. I would prefer to meet the seller in person and set it up at the store but it some cases that might not be possible and I might have them ship it to me.

Im just worried about buying a stolen phone. I dont know if they block stolen phones here but is there a way to check before I buy?
