This year high school teachers in Gangnam are under the umbrella of SMOE and not Gangnam District.

I'm just curious as to what has changed? The Gangnam contract was very different from SMOE's. Is SMOE honoring Gangnam's payscale/benefits are are the renewing teachers forced under SMOE's payscale?
