so i have one years experience working with kids and teenagers. ive just recently completed a CELT course.
when i was working with no experience i was getting 2.2m a month.
how mush more should i expect to earn based on experience and qualification?
ive been offered a few places at 2.2m. is it unreasonable to expect more?
thanks in advance!! |

IMHO it is NOT unreasonable to expect more. If you have a year's experience in Korea, you probably have a good idea how to negotiate with a Korean employer. Make a big deal of your qualifications , be deferential and bargain with a smile. |

At the same time do not forget to take a hefty dose of realism so you can get an accurate picture of what you can reasonably demand...
1 year is not much....it is just a start. |
