Bought new one year ago. Everything included: phone, extra battery, charger, car adapter, usb cable, earphones, all necessary gender changers, manual, and box.
This phone has no service but it can be taken to (almost) any of the 1000s of LG phone shops littered around Seoul and be made into a pay-as-you-go for free as long as you have an ID card. Or a contract could be made on it.
