I cant stand bureaucratic paperwork. Anyway...

I came here in 2010 and I got in with State fingerprints. I had to give a degree copy that was apostilled, too.

I am switching jobs in June and wondered what all I need to do. I know to get fingerprinted and send in to the States to get the check and get that apostilled, but do I need to do everything over with my degree, too?

I know this question has been asked a lot, but situations vary. Thanks

the board seems unhelpful lately, eh?

try dialing immigration... 1345. and, whatever they tell you check it with at least one other counselor and then maybe have a Korean friend call and verify the other two opinions... lol.

Changing jobs with a transfer then nothing required other than transfer documentation.

Changing jobs with new visa = new documents.
