I would GREATLY appreciate someone helping me with this as I cannot find any real information online!!

I want to order clothes and boots from a british website ASOS.COM. Total would be LESS THAN $150 dollars.

I also want to order from this website..
http://www.yesstyle.com/en/kanderella-funnel-neck-plaid-coat-red-s/info.html/pid.1023994051

It is less than $150 as well.
I am having the items sent to my school, not my apartment as my owner think its better to do that.

I just wonder if I will have to pay any extra on top of shipping for these clothing items? is there taxes/customs/duties/fees to have things shipped to SK???

PLEASE HELP!
email @ [email protected] or just respond to this post!!
THANK U THANK U!

If the invoice price on the package, INCLUDING shipping is less than $150 then there is no customs duty or taxes to pay.

IF it is over $150 (even $150.01) then yes, you do pay import taxes.

It's 150,000 won. So, check the exchange rate with the GBP.
And Koreans customs will ding you and delay releasing the goods if it's over.

I've ordered several times from ASOS and they were shipped to my school OK, but make sure it's less than 150,000KRW.

There is literally a posting on this forum nearly every week, along the lines of "Help, I've got a package coming" and "I can't find anything on the internet". Do a search on this forum there is heaps of info. Actually try scrolling to page 2 or 3. Hopeless!

Yeah...^^this.

I looked on the Korean government's website and found very little (if any at all) information on the tariffs for anything over $150. I want to get some new bike stuff, but I want to see if it would cost the same as buying it here or cheaper getting it shipped over.

I don't know what it is on everything as the tax rate seems to vary, but I just bought a 4-disk RAID 5 case from the US (Listed on the customs form as "Computer Equipment") and had it shipped here. The total price including shipping was a bit over $500. Customs charged me a 10% tax plus a 2,500 won processing fee.

On the same topic. Does anyone know if we have an import limit per month? Not per shipment, I looked at the customs page. No mention but, I want to double check.
