I've never seen Metamucil here. There is a popular drink called 화이바 (Hwa-ee-ba), meaning "fiber." It's cheap and comes in a few flavors. You can get it at most convenience stores and all of the big-box grocery stores (Home Plus, E-Mart, etc.).

Bit far from Busan. I like the fiber drink here, though. Cheap and doesn't taste bad at all.

You can order psyllium husk over iherb.com if you can't find anything. I brought mine from home, but it's on the website.

Big ol' white tub of "Fiber" from a pharmacy around namdaemun market. Psyllium husk with a sweetener (individual packets) in an orange box from some pharmacies. I don't remember the name right now-I'll have to check. I have way too much of this stuff, because I figured out what not to eat here that was getting me backed up.

Found it at the pharmacy. Says "GREEN FIBER" in a white tub; made in the US. W10,000 for 340g. Not too shabby.

As a substitute, anytime I wanna clean out the pipes I'll eat a cup of the spiciest ramyeon I can find and drink two bottles of soju. You'll be on the can once an hour the next day.

"Golden Fiber" just like the "Green Fiber" above. Look around the front of the larger pharmacies in your neighborhood.

Kellogg's All Bran (small orange box) can be found in the cereal aisle at most large grocery stores.
